Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free shipping kicks in from your second bottle. A single bottle is charged standard shipping, calculated at checkout. All orders ship Australia-wide, and delivery times are estimates that vary by location and carrier.

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping will be available in the future, join our newsletter to be the first to know.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through Australia Post's website or app.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@abitagum.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll sort it out.

We can ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers for standard shipping. Express shipping may require a street address.
