Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our product. If you're not satisfied with your Abitagum purchase for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. No questions asked.

1. Email us at hi@abitagum.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us (return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product was damaged or incorrect).
4. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Opened products are eligible for return under our guarantee, we want you to try it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made an error).

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hi@abitagum.com. Include a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
