Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how NEUROSTATE Pty Ltd as trustee for The Focus Group Trust (ABN 96 921 714 263), trading as "abitagum", handles order processing, dispatch and delivery for purchases made through https://abitagum.com.au. Our goal is to make shipping simple, reliable and transparent.

 

1. Overview

This Policy explains:

  • how and where we ship,

  • dispatch and delivery timeframes,

  • shipping rates,

  • tracking information,

  • what happens in the event of delays or delivery issues.

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is not offered at this time.

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW.

 

3. Processing Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always work to dispatch as quickly as possible.

 

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier. The following are estimates only:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times. Once parcels are with the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

 

5. Shipping Rates

We offer two flat-rate shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: flat rate (e.g., $10)

  • Express Shipping: flat rate (e.g., $15)

Rates may change over time as carrier pricing updates.

 

6. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Orders cannot be changed or redirected once dispatched.

 

7. Delays & Carrier Issues

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occur due to carrier backlogs, weather events, or public holidays.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at hi@abitagum.com and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

 

8. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect:

  • notify us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours), and

  • include your order number and photos if applicable.

We will resolve the issue in line with the Australian Consumer Law and our Refunds & Returns Policy.

 

9. Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select Authority to Leave, the parcel may be left at your address without a signature.

Once the carrier marks the parcel as delivered, responsibility for the item transfers to you.
