I've been using abitagum for the past few weeks. I work in a corporate executive role and need to be able to lock in and focus for long bursts of time. I chew one gum each morning at 9-930am (after a morning coffee) and have found that it is a perfect 'on ramp' to attacking the busy day ahead. I find myself landing in a flow state of productivity where I can smash through the items that need the most intense focus - especially the painful things that are too easy to regularly kick further down the schedule. Highly recommend if you are someone who wants to get more sh*t done in a no bullsh*t way.
